Calls for new councils, new council leaders, or anyone who has a question are held every Tuesday at 3pm eastern time. The link and call-in number to join is here: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/319057109 – Meeting invite reminders are generally sent to the leaders (as listed on the Councils in Development spreadsheet in the google drive) of new and new-ish Councils, but an invite is not necessary to join the call.
