Jennifer Ford-Smith – Director of Product Management and Marketing
Jennifer Ford-Smith is Director of Product Management and Marketing for John Manville’s Roofing Systems business. She is responsible for driving product vision and strategy and directing strategic marketing initiatives. Jennifer joined Johns Manville in 2002. She has held several jobs within JM, including Director of Marketing and Single Ply, Bituminous Product Manager and Contractor Channel Marketing Manager. Before assuming her current job in 2020, she was Director of Sales for Roofing Systems and led strategic sales initiatives focused on growth and profitability for the business.
Matt Sayer – Senior Product Manager
Matt Sayer, after earning a bachelor of science in engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, Matt Sayer entered the commercial construction industry as a project manager for a commercial general contractor. Using his valuable industry experience and engineering education, he joined Johns Manville as a district technical representative and was then promoted to Guarantee Services manager with responsibility for various technical aspects of the roofing systems division and guarantee approvals and processes. Matt was promoted to his current position as product manager in 2017 with responsibility for the polyiso and boards product lines.
