Diane Alcala has been promoted to Accounting Manager for National Roofing Partners headquartered in Coppell, TX. Diane started as the Receptionist and immediately after joining the NRP family, she knew she wanted to make it her home. Throughout her tenure with NRP, Diane has proven to be an exceptionally dedicated and motivated individual with a passion for helping the people around her grow, both personally and professionally. Diane is a second-generation American who grew up in El Paso, TX with her parents and two siblings. She and her husband David have two beautiful children. When she is not spending time with her family, Diane is participating in volunteer work through the NWiR organization and participating in CFMA events to help further her construction financial management education. Diane is determined to further her education in accounting and financial management over the next few years while continuing to practice real-life application through her job with NRP. She hopes to continue her growth into senior leadership with NRP and positively impact the overall organization and the communities that it is a part of. Additionally, Diane has a strong interest in bringing awareness and education to the community and the overall construction industry in regard to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
