Many thanks to everyone who joined us for our holiday party on December 13th. As always, we had a great time and it was wonderful to gather with friends and colleagues to celebrate the season. All proceeds collected were donated to WISEPlace, a nonprofit organization that focuses on empowering women by providing housing, meals, and employment assistance. A huge thank you to our sponsors- Tremco, Malarkey, Tropical, GAF, Kirby Fiberglass, and GreenSlope- for making our holiday party possible! We appreciate your generosity.

All members of Orange County Council- Thank you for a wonderful year and for your participation, effort, and time. We look forward to building with you in the new year!

Orange County’s Quarter 3 Event was held at the Honda Center for an Anaheim Ducks hockey game. Antis Roofing and Waterproofing hosted and sponsored the event- huge thank you to Susan, Cori, Angel, Karen, and the rest of the Antis team! In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we invited two representatives from Susan G Komen to spend the evening with us. NWIR raised and donated $240 to Susan G. Komen of Orange County to help their mission of eradicating breast cancer as a life-threatening disease by advancing research, education, screening, and treatment. Additional information about Susan G. Komen is available here: Thank you to everyone who attended!

The RCASC 29th Annual Jim Nienow Golf Tournament was full of networking and relationship building. Shirley Lidtke, C.I. Services, and Christie Bravo, Bravo Roofing, worked the NWIR booth; they educated people about the organization and recruited new members.

The Quarter 3 Community Outreach event was a success! NWIR Orange County Council members donated money and supplies to the Back to School Backpack program by Families Forward- an organization in Irvine that focuses on providing resources to local families in need with the goal of ending family homelessness in Orange County. Thank you to all the companies who participated and made this drive great.
