Carmen Bodden

Carmen Bodden joined Saint-Gobain in 2006 as Director of Risk Management and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the organization over the past 17 years. In 2009, she was promoted to Vice President, Risk Management with responsibility for the delivery of risk management products and services for all Saint-Gobain North American operations. In 2012, she became General Manager of Commercial Roofing and, in 2015, she was appointed Vice President & General Manger of CertainTeed Ceilings where she was responsible for leading and growing the Ceilings business in North America. From October of 2019 until February 2020, she was asked to lead the US Gypsum business in addition to her responsibilities of leading the Ceilings team. In September of 2020 she returned back to Roofing as President where she is responsible for leading the CertainTeed Roofing business in North America.

Prior to Saint-Gobain, Carmen worked for Marsh USA for 10 years in a number of leadership roles including Senior Vice President.  Carmen holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a BA in Finance and International Business from Temple University. She originally grew up in Wolfsburg, Germany and came to study in the US on a tennis scholarship.

Carmen resides in Wayne, PA with her husband and two children.
