Social Media Submission Guidelines
Images: try to keep images to standard sizes: square, landscape, or portrait sizes. Square is preferred for the Communications Committee to resize for posting.
File types: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif. (do not upload a .pdf with images and text, instead place the text in the text box and upload the images)
NOTE: File sizes no larger than 2MB is accepted due to server limitations.
If you have more than one image, use each social post section and either note it in the social post text area or copy the same text.Text: Please write a sentence or two for your post. Include what you’re trying to promote with dates, locations, or any other details that people should be aware of. Make sure your text matches up with the image uploaded and the date. Include any hashtags or accounts you want to tag.
This form allows for 3 individual posts. If you require more, please resubmit the form and note it in the Special Instructions section.
