The NWiR Tennessee Council kicked off 2023 by hosting a lunch and learn led by a fellow NWiR member. Mandy McIntyre presented eye-opening statistics about mental health in the roofing industry. The council learned how to address their team members that may be struggling and how to listen to employees more effectively for signs.
